How To Remove Water Stains From Glass
Here is a brief description of how to remove glass staining
The good news is that glass staining is a lot easier to repair than glass scratches. But, nevertheless, it depends heavily on how severe it is. By far the best way is by means of a rayon or nylon pad and using Cerium Oxide powder as a polishing compound. You make it into a paste with water and then apply it to the glass. You can then buff the glass either by hand or with a polishing machine. A power drill with a polishing head can also be used. Light staining will be removed quite quickly that way.
If the staining is heavy, you may have to use a light abrasive before you can use the polish. Check our DIY kit page for details.
